If you make payments online using your checking or savings account, please be sure to allow at least 2 - 3 business days for processing by PSN and your bank.  Payments not approved by the due date may result in a late fee.  

When paying your utility bills online, you must click on "Pay Utility Bills" and register.  If you click on "Pay Miscellaneous Bills", processing of your payment may be delayed resulting in a late fee.


Utility bill payments, call 1-877-885-7968.  On the first call, you will register on the automated phone payments system so that future payments are just 4 steps.

Township Alerts Minimize

Notice of Cancellation:  The Port Huron Township Board meeting scheduled for Monday, June 1, 2020 has been cancelled.  The next Board meeting will be held on Monday, June 15, 2020 at 7:00 pm.

City of Port Huron Summer Rec Program:  Again this year, the City of Port Huron Rec Department is opening their Summer Rec Program to the residents of Port Huron Township, Clyde Township, Burtchville Township and Fort Gratiot.  The cost of each program will be the same as the cost for a resident of the City of Port Huron.  To view the Summer Rec Program click on the link.

Construction Ban:   Effective May 5, 2020, due to the Governoropening construction trades, our Building Official Kirk Lavigne will be available by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.  To schedule an appointment please call (810) 841-8900 or email him at klavigne@porthurontownship.org.

Outdoor Burning:  State wide burn ban has been lifted.  If you do not have a burning permit you may burn,however, once the Township office is open you will need to purchase a permit if you do not already have one for 2020. Please be respectful of weather conditions as always and your neighbors.

RV Park Opening: The RV park will be closed until such time as Governor Whitmer allows the park to open.  Once the Township gets clearance to open, the opening information will be posted on the Townships website and on social media.

For EMERGENCY water or sewer issues which are (water leaks, water turn on or off, sewer backups) you can contact the Fire Department at 982-3543 and they will dispatch a worker.

There won't be any building related inspections of any kind during this shut down.  This type of work is not supposed to be done during the Governor mandated shut-down and if you continue and do not get the proper inspections you will be expected to comply with the inspector's requirement to see the work.

In Case of Emergency - Water Leaks:   Should you need to reach our DPW after our normal office hours or on a holiday, please contact the Township Fire Department at (810) 982-3543 and they will dispatch someone from our DPW to assist you.
