To hear all comments relative to a request for a variance from the Township Zoning Ordinance by the applicant Kerry Norwood. The applicant is requesting variances to the Detached Accessory Structures Regulations Section 40-666 E.

The application will be available for review between the hours of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. Written correspondence concerning these requests should be addressed to the Zoning Board of Appeals and received at 3800 Lapeer Road, Port Huron 48060 no later than 4:30 pm on October 20th
2022. Additionally, persons interested in being heard may also submit oral or written comments at the hearing and may be represented in person or by an agent or attorney.
